Postpartum Support

The early days and weeks after birth can be overwhelming, emotional, and full of adjustment. Postpartum support includes help with newborn care basics, light household tasks, emotional check-ins, and gentle guidance to ease the transition. I can offer general feeding support and encouragement, and refer out when needed. My role is to be a steady, supportive presence that helps to lighten the load during this incredibly tender time.
