A birth doula provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, and the immediate postpartum period. My role is to help you feel informed, confident, and supported as you navigate your birth experience. This includes offering comfort measures such as positioning, breathing techniques, and relaxation support during labor, helping you understand your options, encouraging communication with your care team, and supporting your partner so they feel confident in their role as well. I am there to offer steady, compassionate support while holding space for your choices and helping you feel empowered every step of the way.
